I’m Micaela—sometimes Mica for short. I’m a strategic marketer, creative problem-solver, and lifelong relationship builder with more than 13 years of experience spanning brand partnerships, integrated campaigns, creative production, product marketing, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement for Fortune 500 brands. I’m happiest in fast-moving environments where I can navigate ambiguity, connect the dots between people and ideas, and balance creative thinking with thoughtful strategy.

Outside of work, I live on two acres in Sonoma County with my family, where I’m usually dreaming up a new project for our home or yard, hunting for a great antique, trying a new restaurant, or enjoying everything wine country has to offer. I’m an artist at heart and always seem to have a creative project underway—whether I’m painting the walls of our dining room, designing wedding invites for friends, or styling a new look.
